Required Documents for Weddings in St Lucia

Birth Certificates,

Passports

Immigration Cards

Home Address (for each client)

Occupation (for each client)

Original of the Proof of Decree Absolute if one or both of the parties is divorced

Original of Death Certificate if one or both parties is widowed

Original proof if name changed by Deed Poll

Sworn Affidavit by parents or guardians of persons under 21 years

Documents such as Birth Certificates and Divorce Decree

Absolutes must be officially translated into English Residency

There is a residency period policy, whereby two full working days in St. Lucia is required before application can be made to the Attorney General.
